Wine and chocolate tastings at The Chocolate Bar


Please join us every other Saturday from 5 – 7 pm to sample delicious chocolates paired with delectable, specially selected wines from Fairview Wines and Liquors





Saturday, April 28th    Artisan chocolates from Oliver Kita, a Rhinebeck chocolatier. 

Kita has been cooking and baking with the perfumes and flavors of flowers, herbs, citrus, exotic fruits, berries, nuts and spices for the last 20 years. 

Saturday, May 12th     Chocolate Wedding Cake from our own Regina Simmons. 

Wedding season is almost here!  What better way to sample the finest chocolate than in one of Regina’s award – winning three-tiered chocolate wedding cakes. Regina’s cake will be paired with something sparkling – and we don’t mean diamonds!

Saturday, May 26th       John Kelly Chocolates

Truffle Fudge Bites with Caramel and Hawaiian Red Alaea Sea Salt.  Dark Chocolate Truffles with just a pinch of French Grey Sea Salt.  These are just two of the latest concoctions from John Kelly Chocolates

Saturday, June 9th   Mast Brothers –Chocolate and Dipped Fresh Fruit !

We’ll be offering samples of Mast Brothers chocolate, melted and encasing juicy bits of ripe, luscious fruit.  The Brooklyn siblings have raised chocolate making to a high – art

Saturday, June 16th      Madécasse  Chocolates

The only chocolate manufactured in Madagascar from sustainable cocoa plants grown in the same country.  Their bars will make Fanny Farmer blush: Cinnamon and Sakay (a hot chili pepper), Arabica Coffee or Pepper and Citrus. 



This is just the beginning! 

Wine and chocolate pairing will continue throughout the summer.
